Quality Assurance Policy
For Stacke Hydraulik AB, quality assurance is all about meeting clients’ expectations of the company in line with our mission statement. This means that we comply with design specifications, delivery times, quantities and other terms as agreed in our contracts with clients. Quality assurance involves creating the resources for developing the company in an increasingly competitive market. All members of staff have a stake and a part to play in the drive for quality. Within their area of responsibility, all employees have a duty to assist the company in meeting its overall quality target of zero defects. The process is led by management, who are responsible for policy, resourcing and control.
